I firmly believe that the 'value' is more than the monetary figure applied to your jewellery in a valuation, it is the care taken over every aspect. My service begins with your phone call; we will discuss your requirements, what you need a valuation for, and the processes involved. During a visit to your home or office, I will clean the jewellery (if necessary), examine it with great care, noting the essential details such as qualities of gemstones and mounts, serial numbers of watches etc. all gemstones, diamonds and metals will be tested to ensure everything is accurate, and of course, all your items will be photographed so that you have a beautiful pictorial record of your jewellery as well as the essential details.

The benefit of me coming to you, at a time that is convenient for you, which fits around your busy schedule, means that your jewellery does not need to be sent away, and you are able to ask questions and see how the process works, or if you wish, you can even leave me to it and carry on with your plans for the day. Once I have completed the appraisal and returned to the office, the necessary research begins and your schedule is created. A PDF copy can be emailed to you to forward to your insurer, solicitor etc., and a beautifully bound document, almost as beautiful as your jewellery, will be posted to you for your records.

Of course the service does not stop there, we build 'client for life' relationships; a relationship that does not end when the document is received, I will visit you to revalue your jewellery at appropriate intervals and always free to chat to for advice.
