Jonathan is currently the only specialist masonic valuer within the JVA. He specialises in the appraisal of antique and unusual masonic regalia, masonic jewels and timepieces. He is a past Chairman of the Institute of Registered Valuers and a recipient of the David Wilkins Award. He has advised on and valued both private and museum collections and has lectured widely on masonic jewels and the regalia and jewels of quasi-masonic and other fraternal organisations. 

A sixth generation goldsmith, and fifth generation freemason, it was only natural that Jonathan's fascination would gravitate towards masonic jewels. His passion and knowledge are second to none and is always happy to advise on restoration and preservation as well and valuations.
